Schedule Overview

5:30 PM: Doors Open.

6:00 PM: Welcome Reception
Start with light refreshments, music, and a first chance to view exhibitions and auction items.

7:00 PM: Dinner Service
Enjoy your first course as the evening program begins, with remarks and entertainment woven into the dining experience.

8:00 PM: Live Auction & Performances
Bid on high-profile items and experiences while enjoying live performances that showcase the region’s talent.

9:00 PM: Final Auction Calls & Closing Moments
Get in your last bids, savor dessert, and enjoy a final toast to the night’s success.

10:30 PM: Event Concludes
Leave with new connections, great memories, and maybe a few treasures from the auction.

Dress Code

Black tie encouraged, creativity celebrated.

For most guests, that means tuxedos, suits, evening gowns, or cocktail dresses. But we also welcome personal touches that express your individuality, whether it’s a bold accessory, unexpected color choice, or something handcrafted.

Parking & Accessibility

  • Complimentary parking is available at the parking lot and nearby public lots.

  • Drop-off is available at the main entrance for guests needing easier access.

  • The venue is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible restrooms, seating, and pathways.

Never been to a gala before? Here’s what to expect:

  • A warm welcome at check-in – you’ll be given a program and directed toward the reception area.
